If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will gladly review the issue and assist you further.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will offer a suitable resolution which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Policy

We are committed to preparing and dispatching each order with care to ensure it arrives safely and promptly. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. 

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping Australia-wide, with complimentary standard shipping across Australia orders over $150.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Standard shipping $15 - 2 to 8 business days.
  • Express shipping $25 - 1 to 2 business days (Express Post guarantee network).

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, local courier operations and peak seasonal periods. 

International Shipping

We currently offer standard shipping to selected international destinations for a flat rate of $25.

International delivery time frames range between 10 to 21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
